同一商品存在多行时，账面库存要区分 “第一行” 和 “非第一行”
比如截图中的【2000毫安电芯】有两行，第一行 直接取账面库存 即90，第二行 就会把之前第一行耗用掉的毛需求数量扣减 即90-60=30
