4.1.2.20、2000数据库安装SP4补丁，一直卡在【安装程序正在为升级进程对服务器进行初始化】的界面，长时间等待后也会直接提示超时

该问题是由于2000数据库的SP4补丁不支持3核CPU的电脑，所以安装会出现这样的问题。

参考处理方法：如果软件版本支持，建议安装2008R2或者2016数据库，或者更换电脑作为服务器使用。
