Go to start of metadata

该报错的原因是由于系统中设置的日期格式错误

1、打开控制面板---区域---格式---其它设置

2、打开其它设置的界面后，切换到日期选项卡，手动在【短日期】以及【长日期】处，输入【yyyy-mm-dd】
